Our History

For more than 20 years, Envision Technology Partners has been working with federal, state and local government agencies on the development, deployment and support of complex, large-scale information systems. Our first public health information technology application was launched in 2001, and the company has been focused ever since on the development of applications that serve the interests of public health organizations. Our flagship product, WebIZ, is recognized as a leading immunization information system (IIS) application, with customers in more than fifteen locations in the US and abroad. In addition, we continue to develop new enhancements and complementary products that improve the productivity of public health organizations.

Our Philosophy

Recognizing the challenges of purchasing, supporting and enhancing IT applications in the public sector, our mission has been to drive down the costs of ownership through thoughtful selection of our software platform, building a high-performance development process, and working closely with our customers to ensure their investments are worthwhile. We treat our customers as all part of the Envision family, allowing each to share in developments funded by others.

Our Team

Steve and Claire Murchie are the owners of Envision Technology Partners. Steve and Claire are active in the business, serving as CEO and President/COO, respectively. The Murchies bring a combined 50 years experience in software development and large-scale IT systems, both on the customer and vendor sides. Both spent more than seven years at Microsoft, building the software and deploying systems with the same products used by Envision.

In addition, Envision employs a highly talented staff of software developers, testers, and customer support staff with a long history in healthcare IT, including some with operational and medical experience in public sector.
