About the Job

We are currently seeking a Director of Client Engagement to join our expanding team in Greenwood Village, CO. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities and client engagement staff, including assessment of performance to ensure work output is of high quality and quantity, making compensation recommendations, handling employee relations issues, hiring staff for growth/attrition and identifying training needs
  • Assign staff to accounts, and monitor productivity to ensure staff workloads are at appropriate levels
  • Resolve high-level client needs, requests, and issues satisfactorily
  • Ensure client needs are being met by the team – completing projects as assigned and answering client questions promptly and accurately
  • Handle high-priority account escalations and owning resolution activities
  • Participate in key industry affiliations and provide recommendations to our clients and Envision leadership to maintain our market position as industry leader
  • Implement and support client engagement standards across the organization
  • Assist in managing client contracts to ensure we are delivering what is contractually required meeting/exceeding expectations
  • Support innovation in client engagement activities
  • Support delivery activities and work collaboratively that we deliver on time and with quality
  • Support contract specific financial goals for revenue and expense managing to maximize value
  • Support sales activities for current clients identifying and driving opportunities for growth
  • Support sales activities for new clients
  • Drive Net Promoter results in annual client surveys of Envision services


Required and Preferred Qualifications


  • 5+ years’ experience in supervisory role
  • 10+ years in client-facing roles


  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
  • Leadership training and certification


Required Education

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health or equivalent or 10+ years of experience supporting Public Health clients


Required Background and Traits

  • Excellent communication, organizational, motivational and planning skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead



  • Salary Range: $135,000 to $190,000. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for variable quarterly bonuses, based on both company and individual performance, after 6 months of employment
