Cyber Security Manager
We are currently seeking a mid level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our expanding team in Greenwood Village, CO. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures to protect our organization’s digital assets and sensitive information
- Create and maintain a robust incident response plan to effectively handle and mitigate cybersecurity incidents and breaches
- Manage and supervise the cybersecurity team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, and ensure the implementation of appropriate security controls and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into the development and implementation of new systems, applications, and processes
- Monitor security systems, such as intrusion detection and prevention systems, security information and event management (SIEM) tools, and endpoint protection solutions, to identify and respond to potential threats
- Lead and coordinate incident response activities, including forensic investigations, evidence collection, and post-incident analysis to identify root causes and prevent future incidents
- Oversee the implementation of access controls, encryption mechanisms, and other security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs to educate employees about cybersecurity risks, best practices, and their roles in maintaining a secure environment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as SOC2, HIPAA, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO 27001
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing a cybersecurity team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and external partners
- High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a commitment to maintaining a secure environment
- Proficiency in using cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability scanners
- Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and cloud computing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are a plus
- Experience with Microsoft’s Azure Cloud Platform
- Experience performing System and Organization Controls (SOC) audits. Experience with SOC 2 audits strongly preferred
- Strong familiarity/experience with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Experience working with DevOps methodologies
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information security

Benefits
- Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.
